This review is from: TREE GUARDS / 5 PACK Would be nice if ties were included. I used 2 on each tree, since I had extras in my pack of 5. That way, ties were not needed. Squirrels don't have any problem crawling up it, but tree doesn't get scratched. But after I contacted Green Market Supply, I was told to just keep the 24 inch guards and that they would immediately ship me the 48 inch guards at no additional cost. I appreciated the way they quickly handled the matter and I would use them again in the future.
